In my jewelry making process, specifically with Spinning Moon Alchemy inspired works, I have chosen to utilize my craft as a way to free myself from the symbolic chains of the mind, self-sabotage and self-limitation. By alchemizing & the links and chains in my jewelry with the symbolic watery light of the moon, with various crystals, crescent moons , found objects, and other magickal embellishments, these links and chains in my creations provide a way to connect us with the infinite magick within.

Ritual for jewelry & crystals:

To activate and use your Spinning Moon Alchemy jewelry as empowerment tools, begin by clearing, cleansing, and purifying your body & space, & your empowerment object with your intention, prayer, by smudging, or another method you may have in mind.

I always like to get myself grounded and centered first with my intentions, taking a few deep breaths, and bringing my attention to my body and the present moment.

With crystals, it can be helpful, but is not necessary, to have a basic understanding of what the metaphysical properties of the crystal are, which can also help in choosing an item. If you are uncertain, but are drawn to a specific one, that is the one for you. Trust that. Crystals often have ways of choosing us.

Once you have your object, I recommend sitting with it to feel into it's energy and it's message. You may feel your hands vibrate with energy. You may just have a strong-or subtle- knowing sense. Ask the crystal what it wants to do for you, what it can help you with. Notice if there are any energy changes in yourself, as these are also messages of how your crystal or other symbolic object will work for and with you. For example, Do you feel calmer, more focused or energized?

Once you have received it's message,

Offer gratitude, thanking the crystal for sharing it's energy & healing properties with you.

With this acknowledgement, you receive what you need in your field, your physical body, & your energy body~wherever it is needed.

Each time you wear it, focus on your intention, remembering it's sacred gifts to you, & consciously receive this with gratitude.

Keep noticing any shifts in your body, mind, emotions, spirit, regardless of how subtle. Subtle changes tend to be lasting changes when we recognize and appreciate them because they build on one another and grow-just as the links that build strength when connected with one another.

Give thanks again, this time to yourself for being open to receive. You are cultivating a new harvest.

Know that this gift that you receive for yourself ripples out, naturally blessing others; for as our own needs are met, & our vibrations increase, we are able to contribute more of the same to the collective!
